These days, the Obstberg neighborhood in Bern is being taken over by the Formula E squad. The construction work of the track safety system has long since begun and is being increasingly intensified so that everything is ready for the race day on June 22.

In the video above, Nico Müller explains the course of the race track and its trickiness. The driver from Berne is a test and reserve driver in the Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler team and will take on various tasks at his home race - but unfortunately not as a race driver.

No Swiss race next year
For the time being, the Swiss E-Prix Bern will apparently be the last race of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship. Geneva was under discussion as an alternate venue after Zurich and Bern.

The calendar for the sixth cross-season 2019/2020 no longer includes a Swiss race. Swiss E-Prix Operations, which owns the rights to the Swiss Formula E race, has not yet commented.
