How do I create a user account?
A personal user account will be created after successful Registration created.
I have forgotten my password
Under Forgot password you can request a new password.
I have forgotten my email address for registration and can no longer log in.
Your email address is required for registration. If you have forgotten your e-mail address with which you registered, please contact our Reader Service.
Can I change my email address?
You can change your email address in your user account. Alternatively, you can also send the change to our Reader Service Communicate.
How can I delete my user account?
For security reasons, you can only delete your user account by e-mail. To do so, please contact directly our Reader Service.
Subscriptions
What subscriptions are available?
You can choose between three different subscriptions: Digital; With the digital subscription you have unlimited access to all content of the news site. You can find more information about the digital subscriptions here. Print; With the print subscription, the periodical magazine is delivered to your mailbox in printed form. You can find more information about print subscriptions here. Combi (Print & Digital); The combined subscription gives you access to all articles on the news site. In addition, the periodical magazine is delivered to your mailbox in printed form. You can find more information about the combination subscription here.
Can I switch from a subscription to the printed magazine to a digital subscription?
You can switch from your print subscription to a digital subscription at any time. If you have already paid for the print subscription, the remaining credit will be applied to your new subscription. To make the conversion, please contact our Reader Service.
Can I switch from a digital subscription to a subscription to the printed edition?
Yes, you can convert your subscription at any time. If you have already paid for the digital subscription, the remaining balance will be added to your new subscription. To make the conversion, please contact our Reader Service.
What gift subscriptions are offered?
Give a gift subscription for example for a birthday or Christmas. Select the desired product and write under "Comments" that it is a "gift subscription" and give us the address of the recipient. Correspondence with the recipient of a gift subscription will be handled exclusively by you, so that it remains a surprise for the recipient.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the paid term. In order for us to be able to process your cancellation in time, it must reach us at the latest 5 days before the end of the term in the Reader Service arrive. If you no longer wish to receive the magazine or news site from now on, you can send it to a person of your choice until the subscription expires. Early cancellation of the subscription or withdrawal of the remaining balance is not possible.

You can conveniently pay for your subscription by credit card (American Express, Visa and Mastercard).
Credit card payment
You can conveniently pay your bill via your credit card. Your subscription will be charged with this payment method not automatically renewed. The debit advice will be sent to you before the debit exclusively by e-mail.

Is there a periodical newsletter of "AutoSprintCH"?
