Watching for free: The spectators in Interlaken get the best slalom sport with free admission. You should not miss it.

The first day's victory went to Josef Binder in 1997 - with that Ralt RT1-BMW F2, in new, original Regazzoni livery from 1977. The 4.3-kilometer airfield course, which is fluidly laid out with 66 gates, favors fast cars and is very popular with most of the active drivers.

As on May 14 in Saanen, ACS Bern has to pull off the event in a single day. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., spectators can experience the best slalom sport with free admission. First up until 10 a.m. are the classes L1 to L3, before practice and then the race heats of the Nationals as well as the Abarth, Porsche, Corvette and Renault Classic Cups begin.

Strong competitors for Philip Egli
In the battle for the day's win, Philip Egli with his Dallara-Opel F3 will face more competition than a week ago in Frauenfeld. Jean-Marc Salomon and Christian Balmer, for example, are competing with technically more modern and more powerful Tatuus-Honda FMs. Last year Salomon won ahead of Egli and Balmer. After his surprising victory in the rain at Bière, Marcel Maurer in the Tatuus-Renault should not be ignored either. In the giant touring car field, defending champion Martin Bürki will be using his champion car for the first time, the famously fast VW Polo E1 1600, after driving other Polos in the first two SM rounds. The course, schedule, start list and directions are available on the Internet.
