The Zwischengas media are known to readers through their content on the website zwischengas.com. But also from the magazine SwissClassics Revue as well as guest articles in Automobil Revue, 20 Minuten, Octane, Manager Magazin and last but not least in AutoSprintCH.
Basis are 25 000 reports and 1200 photos
A good third of the articles in the industry's new bible have been completely rewritten, and over 50 percent have been adapted.
Editor Bruno von Rotz: "With almost 25,000 photos newly published on zwischengas.com in 2020 alone and almost 1,200 new reports, the selection of material was enormous. What's more, the 2021 annual magazine is also an anniversary publication to mark zwischengas.com's tenth birthday."
Famous personalities and photo galleries
As a result, more than three dozen articles came together in the annual magazine, taking a special look at the 2020 events or evaluating the 2020 auction results.
Personalities such as Aurelio Lampredi, Jochen Rindt, Manfred Jantke and Bruce McLaren talk about their lives. In addition, there are further retrospectives and impressive photo series. You can see examples in the gallery.
Articles about two dozen famous brands
The list of cars portrayed in articles alone is impressive. It includes about two dozen brands from Alfa Romeo to Volkswagen.
The fact that among them there are also exotics such as Atalanta, Glass, Hotchkiss, Isotta-Fraschini, Morgan, Siata or TVR should be mentioned in particular.
Special stories about special cars
Bruno von Rotz: "Some special articles are briefly touched on here. For example, the history of the two oldest Audi quattro still in existence is rolled up and the BMW Turbo and its later successor BMW i8 are compared. A Porsche 968 was photographed on highways and the NSU Ro80 was matched with the Citroën GS Birotor."
