Prices for the Tarraco plug-in hybrid are 46 650 (Hola) and 47 100 francs (FR) respectively.

A 1.4-liter gasoline engine with 150 hp and an 85 kW (115 hp) electric motor worked together under the hood of the new Seat Tarraco e-Hybrid SUV. The system output of 245 hp and the maximum torque of 400 Nm are transmitted to the front wheels via a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The electrical energy is stored in a 13-kWh lithium-ion battery pack housed in the rear of the vehicle, providing an electric range of 42 kilometers.

Starts in all-electric mode
The Tarraco e-Hybrid always starts in all-electric mode. The drive automatically switches to hybrid when the battery's energy output falls below a certain level or when a speed of more than 140 km/h is driven.

In hybrid mode, the driver can keep the charge level the same, increase it or reduce it to a certain minimum value. In addition to the plug-in hybrid modes, there are two seprarate control buttons for e-mode and s-boost in the new Tarraco. Charging the battery takes 3.5 hours on a 3.6-kW wallbox.

Progressive electric power steering
The chassis of the large Seat SUV with McPherson struts at the front and a multi-link system at the rear as well as progressive electric power steering ensure safe handling. And, of course, numerous assistance systems are also available.
