Lexus: More range for the UX 300e 🎥

The UX 300e, which was launched three years ago as the first all-electric Lexus model, has become even more attractive thanks to extensive improvements. The most important innovation is the 72.8-kWh battery, which increases the range by more than 40 percent to up to 450 WLTP kilometers. The higher aerodynamic efficiency - with c_W 0.31 - also helps to maximize the range.

Flaps in the lower area of the radiator grille open and close depending on the battery's state of charge. With a charging power of 50 kW, the battery can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in 80 minutes. The battery feeds the compact electric motor, which drives the front wheels with a maximum output of 150 kW (204 hp) and torque of up to 300 Nm.

Hey Lexus helps as needed

The most noticeable improvement in the interior is the revised multimedia system. It offers more connectivity, easier operation, cloud-based navigation and a larger touchscreen. In addition, new upholstery options are now available. The new voice recognition system enables the use of the Hey Lexus on-board assistant. This makes it easier to make phone calls, operate the audio and climate control systems, and search for information on the Internet.

The Safety System Plus, which permanently monitors the road for potential hazards, has been further improved. The UX 300e is now equipped with an intersection assistant, an emergency steering assistant and a cruise control system with dynamic radar.

Sound system with 13 speakers 

Detailed modifications to the body and chassis have also upgraded the driving experience. The long wheelbase of 2.64 meters enables stable handling and at the same time generous interior space. And thanks to the quietness of the interior, passengers can optimally enjoy the clear sound of the Mark Levinson Premium Surround sound system with 915 watts and 13 speakers. Prices on request.
