Porsche: Making the 718 even more fun 🎥

SPECIAL SERIES The 718 Boxster and Cayman mid-engine sports cars from Porsche have always stood for the perfect combination of driving fun and everyday practicality. Now they appear in fresh colors and with contrasting packages.

718 Style Edition
Some like it a bit more colorful. Porsche also fulfills these wishes.

With the Style Edition, Porsche presents an exclusive variant of the 718 model pair for those customers who attach particular importance to an eye-catching exterior for their vehicle. This becomes clear in the choice of the exterior color Star Ruby Neo, which provides a modern interpretation of the star ruby of the Porsche 911 Carrera RS of the 964 generation.

20-inch wheels in high-gloss black
Even if Porsche customers don't exactly have the special Style Edition model painted in star ruby neo, the new variants are clearly distinguishable. They roll on 20-inch 718 Spyder wheels in high-gloss black, whose hubcaps bear colored Porsche crests. In addition, the Style Edition comes with black tailpipes and Porsche lettering in high-gloss silver at the rear.

And in the 718 Boxster Style Edition, Boxster lettering embossed above the side windows is added to the soft top as an exclusive label.

Two contrast packages are available
Customers can choose between two Style Edition contrast packages: one in black, one in white. Both include decorative stripes on the front luggage compartment lid and the Porsche decorative lettering on the side, as well as black or white high-gloss paintwork on the wheels and model designation at the rear. Inside, the Style Edition models are presented with a leather package in black including contrast stitching in chalk, illuminated door sill panels in stainless steel, and the Porsche Crest on the headrests.

6-speed manual transmission as standard
The powertrain and chassis do not differ in the Style Edition models. Both are based on the entry-level versions of the 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman with the 300 hp 2-liter boxer engine behind the seats.

The turbocharged four-cylinder generates 380 Nm of torque and accelerates the cars equipped with a 6-speed manual as standard from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds - with an optional dual-clutch transmission even in 4.7 seconds. The top speed is 275 km/h each.
The special models will go on sale at the end of February 2023, at prices starting at 85,100 and 82,500 Swiss francs.
