In the future, a wallbox designed by Pininfarina S.p.A. and a new public charging infrastructure partnership will ensure that owners of the all-electric Battista can effortlessly charge their hypercar at home and on the road.
Inspiration from the design of the car
The exclusive Residenza wall box, designed with luxury sustainability in mind, is offered to Battista customers.
The design of the wallbox is inspired by the pure lines of the Battista and is characterized by a cover painted in the same color that the owner has chosen for his all-electric Italian.
Partnership with network ChargePoint
The 22-kW AC wallbox, emblazoned with the Automobili Pininfarina logo, is made from recycled and organic materials in collaboration with charging infrastructure pioneer Green Motion.
The Residenza is able to fully charge the Battista's 120 kWh lithium-ion battery in six hours, ensuring a range of 500 kilometers.
Over 240,000 charging points available
As far as on-the-go charging is concerned, Automobili Pininfarina is partnering with ChargePoint, one of the world's largest electric vehicle charging networks. Battista owners will have access to the largest part of the ChargePoint network, with around 115,000 charging points, as well as over 133,000 more charging points through roaming integrations with other charging network operators.
Using a 180-kW DC charging system, owners are able to charge their Battista from 20 to 80 percent in 25 minutes.
Set loading times with special app
The Residenza wallbox can be activated via a special app that allows owners to remotely set their Battista's charging times and monitor charging status.
The app also allows you to view the charging history and adds convenience by integrating Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. For customers in Europe, a hard-wired Type 2 cable is supplied.
From 0 to 100 km/h in two seconds
The Battista will be the most powerful car ever developed and built in Italy. With its acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in under two seconds, it even leaves current Formula 1 cars easily behind.
