Some countries have now opened the portals for placing a purchase option. Anyone who wants to secure one of the (already) iconic vehicles can now also place a purchase option of 1,500 francs in Switzerland.
In Switzerland alone, there are more than 5000 interested parties to date. The reservation amount will be offset against a later purchase or refunded if necessary. The first deliveries will take place next year. The world premiere of the series version will be at the IAA in Frankfurt (September 12 to 22).
Electric drive and new platform
The Honda e presented in Geneva as a near-production prototype is the brand's first model with a platform specifically designed for electric drive. The all-electric city vehicle sets new standards in terms of both design and equipment technology.
The compact electric vehicle also offers Honda's characteristic driving dynamics, supported by a sporty rear-wheel drive and an innovative electrified drivetrain.
