Toyota: First cars for Swiss Olympic fleet

On the occasion of the already announced cooperation between Toyota and Swiss Olympic, the automobile importer handed over a fleet of 14 vehicles to the umbrella organization of Swiss sports. The delivery took place at Emil Frey AG, Autocenter Bern. In the future, Toyota will officially take care of all service work related to Swiss Olympic vehicles. In addition to the Managing Director of Autocenter Bern, Franz Häfliger, and the Director of Marketing and Sales of Toyota AG, Christian Künstler, Jürg Stahl, the newly elected President of Swiss Olympic, was also present at the handover: "Toyota, as a leading manufacturer of cars with hybrid drive, is a perfect fit for the sustainable strategy that Swiss Olympic is pursuing in all its areas of activity." After Toyota Motor Corporation and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) had already reached an agreement on a partnership in March 2015, Toyota AG is joining Swiss Olympic at the national level as a "Premium Partner" from January 2017. The cooperation has been agreed for the time being until 2020.
