Mercedes-Maybach: Automobile Haute Couture for Collectors 🎥
There's hardly a more elegant way to present the S-Class Mercedes-Maybach in a limited edition of 150 units as the Haute Voiture version. This model combines special materials and consummate craftsmanship.
The limited special edition Mercedes-Maybach S-Class Haute Voiture is a collector's item for special occasions. Presented as a concept in May of this year, the design has been further developed with new, carefully coordinated details. Maybach presented the new model for the first time in Dubai.
New chapter of highest exclusivity
Gorden Wagener, Chief Designer of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, comments: "The S-Class Haute Voiture, limited to 150 units, heralds a new chapter of supreme exclusivity for the brand. Part of our philosophy is to release strictly limited, sensational collector's items from time to time."
The special edition is a Mercedes-Maybach S 680, which is in this version to large parts in the manufacture in Sindelfingen, handmade. The vehicles are numbered from 1 to 150, the numbers are engraved in each case on a plaque in the center console
Blue and pink take center stage
Based on the Haute Voiture concept model, the exterior of the production vehicle is characterized by an exclusive two-tone paint finish, nautical blue metallic in the upper section and pink in the lower section, as well as rims in nautical blue metallic. An additional highlight is the animated environment projection. When the doors are opened, animated Maybach patterns appear using LCD technology, illuminating the front and rear entry areas.
In the interior, a high-quality, fashion-inspired bouclé fabric runs like a thread through the entire model. The fabric is in shades of blue, beige, rose gold and gold and is also found in the seat covers and cushions as an additional detail. Accents of crystal white leather on the consoles, in the doors and with the side cushions welcome passengers.
Bag collection to match the car
To make the exclusive experience complete, customers receive a car cover with Maybach and Haute Furniture logos for the vehicle, as well as a handmade box. It contains a scale model and a key fob. A bag collection will be available to accompany the production vehicle in Maybach Icons of Luxury boutiques and the online store in early 2023.
