In 2013, she founded the transport company Janina Martig Logistics GmbH, which today is shaped by her family tradition and is a tribute to her late father. At the age of 19, Janina completed her training as a truck driver and supported her father for two years as a driver of trucks and tippers. She also works as a fashion model. However, she never forgets her roots and passion: "Working with trucks is part of my everyday life. I've always seen it as normal." The licensed road haulier in freight and passenger transport speaks five languages and still drives her vehicles herself at peak times. Today, six employees work for JML.

The forwarding company specializes in refrigerated transport, part and full loads as well as temperature-controlled express transport. Within a very short time, the company has succeeded in building up a reliable and resilient network of competent partners for logistics services. The central warehouse in Wangen (Switzerland) offers customers the option of flexible, appropriate storage. The special thing about JML is the unbeatably high proportion of women. The first female driver joined JML one year after the company was founded. Today, all trucks are driven exclusively by women.
