TIME ATTACK MASTERS The instructors from EventSeelisberg and Swiss Driving Event won several championship titles at the final of the German and European Time Attack Masters at the Nürburgring. Two of the mountain juniors also achieved success on the circuit. 1

GT-SPORT Grandiose end to the season for several Swiss drivers: Fabio Leimer won the Ferrari World Final in Italy with the Zurich-based Octane 126 team, Emil Frey Lexus Racing won the GT Open in Spain and Fach Auto Tech twice in the Porsche Supercup in Mexico. 1

RALLYE Italian Giandomenico Basso won the 58th Rallye International du Valais in a Hyundai i20 R5. After a turbulent second day, Michael Burri finished third and best Swiss driver on the podium. 1

FORMULA E Renault will leave Formula E at the end of the 2017/18 season and make way for alliance partner Nissan in the electric racing series. What this means for Sébastien Buemi is still unclear. 1

RALLYE The 2017 Swiss racing season comes to a close with the Rallye International du Valais. A good 20 of the 90 teams are from abroad. On Friday, spectators will be treated to a full day of action on the circuit at the Sion barracks. 1

MOTORSPORT With second place in the final VLN race at the Nürburgring, Manuel Amweg and Frédéric Yerly secured the title with the Toyota GT86 from Toyota Swiss Racing, just like in 2016. 1

MOTORSPORT As the winner of the new Swiss Junior Hill Climb Championship, Rolf Reding was able to complete a test day in a Seat Leon TCR. As with his four victories on the mountain, the man from Schwyz also impressed here. 1

MOTORSPORT After Philip Ellis from Zug had secured the title in the Audi TT Cup, Marcel Fässler took third place in a race of living legends with the same cars. The DTM finale was disappointing for Nico Müller. Audi won all three titles. 1
