Juice Technology AG, manufacturer of charging stations and software for electric vehicles, receives double confirmation of its quality standards from the independent test and comparison portal Vergleich.org. The mobile wallbox Juice Booster 2 emerges as the comparison winner in a representative selection of 11- and 22-kW wallboxes in both performance classes.
Charging device for power classes 11 and 22 kW
Today, charging stations are mostly divided into wallboxes and mobile devices. Although the category is reserved for wallboxes, a mobile charging station appears there in the comparison with the Juice Booster 2.
The charging device combines the two power classes 11 and 22 kW in one device and is just as suitable for wall installation as for mobile use.
Temperature monitoring in household plug
An advantage of the Juice Booster 2, in addition to the integrated residual current circuit breaker, is the temperature monitoring in the household plug.
Among the nine 22-kW wallboxes tested, the Booster is also the lightest, weighing just 1 kilogram.
