Groupe PSA confirms the signing of a share purchase agreement with Emil Frey Group. Following approval by the relevant competition authority, the Emil Frey Group in Switzerland and Liechtenstein will become the sole owner of the current Groupe PSA import companies of the Peugeot, Citroën, DS Automobiles and Opel brands.
