There were 184 German-speaking Swiss, 49 French-speaking Swiss and ten Ticino residents at the Welcome Camp.

With over 700 apprentices (around eleven percent of all employees), Amag is one of the largest trainers in Switzerland. Amag offers twelve apprenticeships - from car body mechanic to automotive mechatronics technician to commercial clerk. It is important to the mobility service provider that all apprentices get a good start to their vocational training. That's why this year, too, they all completed an introductory event - the Amag Welcome Camp.

Corporate philosophy and team spirit
At the beginning Morten Hannesbo, CEO of Amag Group AG, told about his professional life. This was followed by a post run in which general topics relating to cars and Amag were conveyed in a playful manner. These included the corporate philosophy, team spirit and safety in the workplace. A visit to the parts logistics center in Buchs ZH rounded off the program.
