Ferrari has been represented in Japan for 50 years. To celebrate, the Italians are now unveiling the Ferrari J50, although only ten of the 488 Spider-based roadster will be produced. The design of the 690 hp firecracker is radical and futuristic, but also reminiscent of racing car legends from the 1950s. This includes the typical "helmet visor" look or the black line from the nose to the door handles. Another special feature is the transparent cover over the mid-engine. The rear lights and exhaust pipes are reminiscent of the 488. It is not yet known how much the Ferrari J50 will cost; certainly more than a Ferrari 488 Spider, which is available from 240,000 euros. Prices for Switzerland have not yet been set.
