Two years after its launch, the Audi SQ2 compact power SUV is getting a gentle makeover. The octagonal single frame is now slightly lower, and the bumper has been redesigned.
Matrix headlights with seven individual LEDs are now available as an option, and ten additional LEDs provide daytime running lights. There are dynamic turn signals at the front and rear.
The compact little Audi offers a luggage compartment between 355 and 1000 liters, depending on the rear seat position.
More support for the driver
As in all S models, the interior of the SQ2 is dominated by dark colors and high-quality surfaces. Four packages are offered for seat covers and color combinations.
The top infotainment system brings Audi Connect services on board at LTE-plus speeds. new assistance systems in the SQ2 include Presense Front Assist and Adaptive Driving Assist, which helps the driver with acceleration, braking and steering.
Up to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds
Just 4.21 meters long, the SQ2 distributes the brawny power of the 2-liter turbocharged engine (400 Nm, 300 hp) to all four 18- or 19-inch alloy wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and electrohydraulic multi-plate clutch.
The S sport suspension with direct steering and the body lowered by 20 millimeters ensure perfect driving pleasure. Five driving programs can be selected with Audi Drive Select. The SQ2 manages the top sprint to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds, and the top t is 250 km/h (155 mph).
The new Audi SQ2 will be in dealerships from the beginning of February 2021 at prices starting at 54,800 Swiss francs.
