As in the previous events, the two final rounds of the Porsche Cup Suisse in Misano (I) were dominated by the duel between the two strongest drivers in the GT3 Cup Challenge. There was no way around him at the Misano World Circuit on Italy's Adriatic coast. Jean-Paul von Burg took pole position for both sprint races of the GT3 Cup Challenge, which the Geneva native turned into a victory. Ernst Keller was breathing down his neck the whole time, but had to let the old and new GT3 champion go. For Jean-Paul Von Burg, this is the fifth title in a row; the last time Heinz Bruder managed to beat him was in the 2011 championship.
Throughout the year, Ernst Keller was the toughest opponent, winning three of the twelve heats. "We were always close in terms of time, which made things exciting. But Jean-Paul was simply more consistent over the season. In addition, I didn't want to cause a collision in the last race," Keller acknowledged the champion's performance. Luca Casella finished third in both sprints ahead of Patrick Schmalz, who is third in the annual standings.

Patrick Meystre wins, but Heinz Bruder takes the title
In the Porsche Sports Cup, Patrick Meystre was the fastest of the 13 leading Cayman GT4 Clubsport in both races. However, with a third and fourth place, Heinz Bruder secured the overall victory with the car prepared by Fach Auto Tech, just ahead of Patrick Meystre and Eric Schmid. In the Driver's Challenge, which is based on uniformity, René Auinger with his 991 GT3 RS had the smallest deviation from the reference time in the ten laps.
