For the DTM drivers and their teams, the 2019 season has already begun. They are testing this week in Estoril (Portugal) with the new four-cylinder turbo engines.

Nico Müller is also on board with Audi, although Audi Sport has not yet officially announced its squad for next year. That's certainly a good omen.

Start and end of the season again in Hockenheim
The 2019 season begins as usual in Hockenheim (May 3-5) and ends at the Baden Motodrom with the season finale (October 4-6). The Hockenheim October date is therefore a weekend earlier than this year. Thanks not least to Nico Müller, there are always plenty of Swiss fans there as well.

There are welcome changes for 2019: Admission to the paddock is included with all tickets (while stocks last). In the respective cheapest categories, children and young people up to and including the age of 14 are now admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult.

Tickets cheaper in advance
The different ticket categories are divided into up to seven levels, with category 1 being the highest value. Fans can look forward to a price advantage of up to 26 euros on certain seats and categories compared to 2018.

In advance, tickets are ten euros cheaper than those of the same category at the box office. In addition to the price advantage of up to 35 %, early reservation offers the possibility of seat booking for all routes. Furthermore, a higher probability of actually getting the desired grandstand seats.

Varied supporting program
In addition to established attractions such as Pit View, Fan Village and Fan Terrace, concerts and autograph sessions will provide plenty of good entertainment and variety.

At the first DTM round in 2019, the W Series for women will celebrate its premiere. Let's see if any Swiss women will be on the grid...

The sporting supporting program at all DTM events is formed by the previous Formula 3 (racing series without a European Championship predicate), the newly created W Series for women (standardized race cars with 1.8-liter turbo engines), various Porsche one-make cups and the Lotus Cup Europe.

Tickets can be ordered via the official DTM homepage or the DTM ticket hotline 0049-1806 386 386, from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.
