Originally a trained truck mechanic, he had contact with MAN from a young age. He has spent the last 32 years in the industry in a wide variety of management positions in the commercial vehicle business. Thomas Maurer has many years of experience on the Swiss market, including a position as Managing Director at Renault Trucks Schweiz AG, as well as several years of experience abroad, most recently at Volvo and Renault Trucks DACH in Munich. The product range of MAN Truck & Bus Schweiz AG includes trucks, coaches and buses, and now the TGE light van.
