Cars have long proven to be practical and comfortable companions on vacation. The windshield wiper blades should be in good condition, and proper tire pressure is also a safety factor. The manufacturer’s recommended pressure values should be checked when the tires are cold. When the tires are warm, the pressure increases by 0.2 to 0.4 bar. Rule of thumb: It’s better to have a little too much air than a little too little; 0.2 bar more never hurts.
