Jeep: Showcars from Garage Italia Customs
Every year since 1967, the Montreux Jazz Festival has welcomed world-renowned artists. It quickly became one of the most prestigious and appreciated international music events. To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Jeep has put three show cars on wheels in collaboration with Garage Italia Customs. Based on these models, two limited edition "Montreux Jazz Festival" personalization kits are being offered exclusively for the Swiss market. They are available to order now. The Jeep Cherokee Jazz is inspired by a musical instrument par excellence: the guitar. The maestros at Garage Italia Customs used the "wrap-paint" technique - a special application to customize the surface. The show car Jeep Cherokee Jazz is equipped with a 2.2 liter 200 hp diesel engine Multijet II and a 9-speed automatic transmission. The Jeep Renegade Vinyl is dedicated to the vinyl record. The Style Center has decided to reproduce the same surface on the body by applying a double-layer surface with 3D effect. The range is completed by the Grand Cherokee Score, which has a special paint finish on the top with a shimmering brass effect. The Jeep Grand Cherokee Score is based on the Jeep Grand Cherokee model and is equipped with a 3.0 liter 250 hp engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission.
