BERGRENNEN REITNAU Last year's winner Eric Berguerand has to cancel his start at the popular hill climb in Reitnau. Instead, Reto Meisel will return to the Swiss mountain in his Mercedes SLK340. More than 220 drivers have submitted their entries. 1

JURASSIAN IN 3rd PLACE Romain Dumas won the famous Pikes Peak hill climb (USA) in a VW electric prototype in a new record time. European champion Simone Faggioli and Fabien Bouduban from Jura took the honors with conventional Norma Turbos. 1

TOLL SLALOM DUEL With a furious second run, Philip Egli took his fifth win of the season in Chamblon ahead of Marcel Maurer, who was also in great form. Touring car winner Martin Bürki is now the sole SM leader. 1

SLALOM ROMONT Fabian Eggenberger outdid himself in the fifth slalom in Romont. His fabulous time with the 1600cc Swift amazed his opponents in the Suzuki Grand Prix and even himself... 1

PIRELLI P ZERO SOUND BY IXOOST Pirelli presents its first wind tunnel tire loudspeaker at the French Grand Prix this weekend. The Pirelli P Zero Sound was developed in collaboration with IXOOST. 1

WINNER DISQUALIFIED The winners of the LMP2 class were subsequently disqualified at Le Mans. As a result, two "real" Swiss drivers (Hirschi and De Sadeleer) and a dual national (Lapierre) moved up to the top three places. The victory now provisionally goes to Alpine. 1

FROM THREE COUNTRY PARTS At the final round of the Young Driver Challenge 2018, three truly talented drivers from three parts of Switzerland made it to the final. Each has a special background and will soon be able to compete in an ADAC TCR Germany race in a Cupra Leon TCR. 1

ADIEU RENAULT Red Bull Racing has terminated its contract with Renault at the end of the season. From 2019, the red bulls from England will be racing with Honda Power, which already powers the cars of sister team Toro Rosso. 1

LUCKLESS SCHWYZER At the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Porsche GT Team dominated the action almost at will. Marcel Fässler fell into an unassailable deficit early on in his Corvette and retired.  1
