The visual lines of the Precept are reminiscent of the Volvo design of years past.
The study is an elongated grand tourer with a wheelbase of 3.10 meters and four doors that open in opposite directions. The Chinese have dispensed with a B-pillar.
Enough space for battery and passengers
Along with a low, slim silhouette, there is enough room for a large battery in the vehicle floor and enough legroom and headroom for passengers in the front and rear
Behind the clean front mask, the Precept bundles all sensors for the assistance systems. A flow-through wing element on the front hood is designed to calm the airflow early on.

Interior mirror is a digital screen
At the rear, the wide taillight extends across the entire width of the vehicle into the vertical, aerodynamic wings.
Outside on the doors cameras replaced the mirrors, the interior mirror is designed as a digital screen that displays the camera image of a rear optics. You can see more details in the gallery.
Mixture of sustainable materials
The Precept's interior is made from a mix of sustainable materials, including recycled PET bottles, recycled fishing nets and recycled cork vinyl.
A flax-based composite material developed by partner B-Comp, which also works with Porsche, is found on the exterior of many parts.
Most intelligent, climate-neutral plant
Development of the production vehicle is already underway, according to Polestar, and the brand also announced that the Precept will be produced in China, where a new manufacturing facility is being built.
The plant is to be climate-neutral and at the same time one of the most intelligent and production facilities in the world.
