Outstanding sales performance is not enough to win the Chairman's Award. Customer satisfaction is also a key factor. Only dealers whose customers give the services top marks after a vehicle purchase or service are shortlisted. General Manager Paul Fratter did not miss the opportunity to personally present the coveted trophies to the winners. At the Seine, the Swiss dealers celebrated their success with winners from other European countries and executives from Ford Motor Company and Ford Europe.
