Auto Zürich: Swiss launch for MAN TGE

Systems for greater safety and comfort are intended to set new standards in the class with the MAN TGE.
With the TGE, MAN becomes a full-range supplier of commercial vehicles between three and 44 tons in Switzerland. Various cab solutions, two wheelbases, three roof heights and three vehicle lengths are available for the MAN TGE. There is also a wide range of drive systems. Depending on the permissible gross weight, front, rear and all-wheel drive are possible, coupled with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
A completely new generation of diesel engines is being launched in the MAN TGE, with engine outputs from 102 to 177 hp. Safety systems such as the standard Emergency Brake Assist (EBA), various distance sensors, reversing assistant, trailer maneuvering assistant, distance-controlled cruise control and fatigue detection help to make work even safer and more pleasant. MAN's range of services tailored to the customer is also a major advantage.
