Morten Hannesbo, CEO of Automobil- und Motoren AG (AMAG), is motivated by the nomination for the National Education Award to further promote the nationwide training of apprentices at the more than 80 AMAG locations: "The first four years of professional life are very important." Christian Fiechter, President of the Hans Huber Foundation, is impressed by the consistency with which young professionals are promoted and explains the choice: "AMAG is very active in finding the right apprentices.
