Nine test products received the rating "recommended", while one product was only "conditionally recommended" and three child seats failed the test with "not recommended".
Some of the models classified as "recommended" or better clearly exceed the legal requirements, and the requirements of the consumer protection test were taken into account in their development. Tip: It is advisable to take your own vehicle to the dealer and try out the models in question beforehand. You should also familiarize yourself with the handling of the seat. The seat can only provide the best possible protection for the child in the event of an accident if it is installed correctly.
