A look back: the 20,000th Scania for Switzerland was celebrated in 2009. The tractor unit went to Zingg Transporte AG in Hedingen. Seven years later, Martin Stamm, Sales Manager at Scania Schweiz AG, is once again celebrating an anniversary: the 25,000th Scania for Switzerland is a three-axle vehicle and is going to Traveco Transporte AG. The customer is represented by Mario Christen, who is responsible for vehicle technology: "We also supply remote farms over unpaved roads. The chassis must therefore be able to withstand particularly high torsion. This three-axle vehicle must be able to transport and unload loose fodder safely and economically." After the handover at the production site in Holland, the new Scania goes to Calag Carrosserie Langenthal AG, where it receives the appropriate bodywork.
