In the theoretical and practical tests, which reflect typical work situations at the dealership, a jury evaluates personal interaction with the customer as well as technical expertise in diagnosis and repair. The team from the Audi Center Zürich Altstetten beat off strong competition for the third time and brought the Twin Cup (overall ranking from technology and service) to the city on the Limmat.
This year, the individual technology ranking was won by the team from Garage Gautschi AG. In the service category, Christen Automobile AG from Schattdorf was convincing. The winners of the individual categories Technology and Service will compete for the world championship at the international Audi Twin Cup at the end of the year.
